Terms of Service for RepSetGo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the RepSetGo application ("RepSetGo"), offered by Compiler Inc. ("Compiler", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use RepSetGo.

2. Purpose of RepSetGo

RepSetGo is a voice‑based, AI‑powered workout coach that generates personalized training suggestions based on the personal information you choose to provide (e.g., age, sex assigned at birth, height, weight, experience level, injuries, equipment availability, and fitness goals). RepSetGo does notprovide medical or clinical advice and is intended solely for entertainment and general fitness information.

3. Not Medical Advice & Physical‑Activity Disclaimer

• AI‑generated content. Workout plans and responses are produced by large‑language models and may contain inaccuracies or be inappropriate for your circumstances.
• Consult a professional first. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider before beginning, modifying, or ceasing any exercise program.
• Stop if you feel unwell. If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any medical emergency while exercising, stop immediately and seek professional care.
• No doctor‑patient relationship. Your use of RepSetGo does not create a doctor‑patient or coach‑client relationship with Compiler Inc.
• Use at your own risk. You assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation in activities suggested by RepSetGo.

4. User Eligibility & Conduct

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use RepSetGo. Users under 18 require parent or guardian consent. You agree to provide accurate information and use RepSetGo only for lawful, personal purposes. You will not misuse, reverse‑engineer, or interfere with the service.

5. Data Privacy

Information you voluntarily supply—such as biometrics, injuries, workout history, microphone audio, and usage metrics—is encrypted in transit and at rest. Data is processed only to generate personalized content, remember context across sessions, and maintain core functionality. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or external analytics platforms. Your prompts are securely relayed to OpenAI for AI inference; OpenAI does not use this data to train public models. You may request deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, code, text, and other content within RepSetGo are the property of Compiler Inc. or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the app for personal, non‑commercial purposes.

7. Subscription & Fees

If RepSetGo offers paid subscriptions, all fees, billing cycles, refund policies, and cancellation procedures will be disclosed at purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

RepSetGo is provided “as‑is” and “as‑available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compiler Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of RepSetGo.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compiler Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims or demands arising out of your use of RepSetGo or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Service & Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue RepSetGo—or these Terms—at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in‑app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or harmful activity. Upon termination, your license to use RepSetGo ends immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in San Francisco County, California.
