Privacy Policy for RepSetGo

This Policy explains how Compiler Inc. ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use RepSetGo, our voice‑based AI workout‑coach application.

What Data RepSetGo Stores

Most profile details are optional; sharing more helps the coach generate higher‑quality, more personalized plans.

  • Email address (required) — to sign in and receive service notices.
  • Name, age, gender / sex,personal story
  • Height (cm) & weight (kg)
  • Arrays: preferences, struggles,fitness goals, medical conditions,injuries
  • Progression enabled (boolean)
  • Arrays describing your workout environment andavailable equipment
  • Weekly availability & coaching style
  • Preferred load unit (lb/kg) &unit system (imperial/metric)
  • System metadata (UUID, timestamps, crash logs) — for reliability and debugging. No advertising identifiers are collected.

How We Handle Your Data Securely

All communication between your device and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is encrypted in a Supabase Postgres database located in the United States. Only authorized personnel can access production data under strict least‑privilege rules. We regularly audit and update our security practices.

What RepSetGo Does NOT Do

  • We never sell or rent your data.
  • We do not share your data with third parties except as strictly required to deliver the service (see below).
  • We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.
  • OpenAI receives only the text of your prompts plus relevant profile fields to craft a response. It does not use the data to train public models and deletes it within 30 days.

Your Rights and Control

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time in the app settings or by contacting us at support@repsetgo.app. Verified deletion requests are fulfilled within 30 days except where retention is required by law. Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar laws, you may also object to processing or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Children’s Privacy

RepSetGo is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have done so, please contact us for deletion.

International Users and Data Transfers

RepSetGo is operated from the United States. By using the app from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer of your information to the U.S. or other jurisdictions whose data‑protection laws may differ.

Changes to This Policy

We will notify you in‑app or via email before making material changes to how we use your data.
